Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–5 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.
During periods of high order volume, product launches, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly delayed. Customers will be notified if any significant delay occurs.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days
- International Shipping: 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs processing

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and tracking link. Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to update after shipment.

Domestic & International Shipping
We currently ship within the United States and select international locations.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by their country’s customs regulations. Built Different is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping information is accurate at checkout. Built Different is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If an address issue is identified before shipment, please contact us immediately so we can attempt to correct it.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Built Different is not liable for packages marked as “Delivered” by the shipping carrier. If your package is lost, stolen, or significantly delayed, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
However, we will do our best to assist customers in resolving shipping-related issues whenever possible.

Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damaged item(s)
- Photos of the packaging
We will review the issue and work toward an appropriate resolution.
